Reporting into the VP of Innovation & Brand, this role will lead the creative, branding and integrated marketing. This includes leveraging consumer insight and product development skills, extensive supplier network, and internal cross-functional resources to successfully develop/source new products. This is a key role that works cross functionally to help guide the Product Execution Team and participates on the Promotions Integration Group in the coordination and communication of any/all new product initiatives.
NOTE : We have a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and two days per week working from home.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Serve in leadership role regarding any brand initiatives across the organization.
Leadsthe development and execution of the company's brand and creative strategies across each line of business; ensures all stakeholders are part of the planning process.
Manage, lead and evolve the creative calendar in conjunction with the product calendar to ensure the process is rooted in sound consumer insights and supports our overall business and strategy.
Construct, test and launch marketing plans in conjunction with the lines of business and marketing
Manage and lead our advertising agency (BBDO), PR agency, and creative teams
Manage ongoing measurement and refinement of campaigns.
Manage merchandising creation and development.
Manage the consumer and in-store testing phases and refinement process.
Lead store design review
Lead catalog creative and circulation planning
Builds and manages budgets
Guiding/leading marketing and branding research (supported by Insights Team)
YOUR TRACK RECORD
Bachelor's in Marketing, Business or equivalent and 10+ years experience as a brand manager/director within CPG, restaurant or similar industry. Master's degree a plus. This role requires in-depth brand marketing experience, solid understanding of consumer trends, extensive new product launch experience and the ability to manage multiple projects with internal and external groups.
