Our perfect candidate will thrive in a fun and casual environment, pay it forward daily, and add value to the company by supporting the day to day operations of the stores in partnership with the Operations Support team. This role works closely with the VP of Support Services in driving operational and financial results by providing and improving reporting, analysis, and work processes and acts as representative to cross functional and project teams for planning and implementing strategic initiatives and operational changes. The Manager will also assist with forecasting and inventory management for all holidays, promotions, and new product introductions.

NOTE: We have a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and two days working from home.


  • Monitors and leads the practices of "One Best Way" to ensure continuous and consistent improvement across the system.

  • Collaborates on cross functional teams partnering on business decisions, execution of projects, and improved profitability.

  • Ensures continuous improvement and achievement of established standards for store operations, product quality, and food safety.

  • Analyze operational performance, provide analysis of results, and develop tactics and initiatives for improvement.

  • Assists in developing annual Operational Objectives to support strategic plan.

  • Participates on cross-functional teams representing the franchise POV.

  • Manages supply chain functions for holiday and non-holiday periods, to include, sales forecasting, and inventory control.

  • Assist with new product development and execution

  • Understand and leads BOPIS, Website Functionality, and Mobile APP development.

  • Participates in the planning of regional meetings and leading webinars

  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure tools and best practices are being utilized across all stores.

  • Ensures all training materials are kept current as the business continues to transform.

  • Participates and supports in leading Discovery Day.

  • Manages and provides input to the weekly store communication.


Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) in Business Administration, Communication, English or similar, with 5 or more years of multi-unit management experience in the restaurant, retail or hospitality industry. Experience should be within a franchised organization/franchising business model in a Franchise Operations management role, a Franchise Business Consultant role or similar. Must have in-depth understanding of how the accounting/finance, purchasing, and marketing teams' work processes interact with operational processes.

Strong time management and organizational skills, along with experience managing multiple projects. Ability to lead and facilitate team meetings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong business intelligence and problem solving/troubleshooting skills, along with a continuous improvement mindset. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications: Teams, Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook.


Occasional travel required - estimated to be less than 25%
