We're looking for a Loyalty Marketing Manager to join the team. Our perfect candidate will thrive in a fun and casual environment, pay it forward daily, and add value to the company by leading the strategic direction of the HoneyBaked® Loyalty program and Customer Profile that will increase our consumer frequency and forge the future of how customers interact with HoneyBaked. The Loyalty Marketing Manager not only leads strategy and design of the program but all the day-to-day aspects of the program across marketing, operations, and analytics.


Lead and manage the development of annual and seasonal plans that support business goals and objectives

  • Forecast program results, set program goals and objectives, and present the plan to the Management Team on a regular basis

  • Create and execute a cohesive communication plan for customers and franchisees

  • Improve design/functionality of the program across our digital, retail, and support applications to create an intuitive experience for our customers and CSRs

  • Create a culture of disciplined innovation through a process of testing and learning that supports innovation, and brings proven winners to market for the loyalty program

  • Spearhead customer and franchisee qualitative and quantitative research to help grow the loyalty program

  • Work with operations and legal to implement a process ensuring program compliance within our franchise system

  • Owns customer profile(s) providing reports and analytics as requested by business owners and program developers.


Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field and 4+ years of experience in direct marketing or marketing programs, along with at least 1 year of experience in loyalty marketing.

CRM experience, including customer loyalty and direct marketing programs; A self-starter, organized, detail oriented, extremely collaborative, and able to simplify the complex. Excellent communication, presentation, and creative problem-solving skills required, along with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing circumstances
