Our perfect candidate will thrive in a fun and casual environment, pay it forward daily, and add value to the company through overseeing operations systems tied to technological platforms, both internal and external, focusing on process improvement, cross-functional alignment, and the integration of business initiatives into daily operations. In addition, this role will have a disciplined focus on demand planning broadly across the company owned and franchise store organizations as systems are upgraded and transformed. This role will assist the senior operations systems manager with synchronizing activities across brand functions to ensure effective implementation of business processes and brand strategies as well as integration points with other business units.
NOTE: We have a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and two days working at home.
WHAT THIS ROLE DOES
Uses existing reporting tools to provide guidance on demand planning at regional, district, & store level
Works with transformation team to assist in implementation of new demand planning tools
Engages in active demand planning as we integrate and update systems
Oversees usage and onboarding of company and franchise stores into new and existing external platforms to ensure successful implementation
Updates, adds & deletes from the current portfolio of SKU's
Ensures all aspects of the project are completed while coordinating efforts with the operations team
Provides support for the Retail Strategic Initiatives
Manages all aspects of assigned projects including setting technical requirements and leading implementation plan with business partners
Selects testing markets to prove the concept through testing expectations including consumer feedback
Measures performance of new products and defines success criteria
Provides long-term evaluation of operational technology system improvements including product performance
Develops all step actions with every build to include standards, specs, and process training
Every decision will be signed off by Operations prior to implementation approval
YOUR TRACK RECORD
Bachelor's in Business, Technology, Supply Chain or related field, and/or 6+ years' related experience preferred. Management experience in the restaurant, retail or hospitality industries strongly preferred, and some experience with inventory management/demand planning also preferred. Must have solid experience with Excel, SQL & PowerBI. Experience with Access would be a big plus.
Proven strategic, analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with both internal and external partners and a demonstrated passion for delivering results while maintaining flexibility.

Strong presentation skills including development and delivery of various formats to executive audiences. Able to understand audience and present material accordingly.

Keeps abreast of new developments in related fields and imparts new ideas that have a positive impact on the business.
Organizational transformation, change management, process design, retail strategy a plus
Very strong analytical skills and financial acumen
Expert proficiency using Microsoft Office software
WHAT ELSE TO KNOW?
Minimal travel required to visit retail stores. May require longer hours during peak seasons.
