We have an entrepreneurial spirit that's brought us a lot of success and we're looking for a Retail Services Coordinator to join the team at our HQ in Alpharetta. Our perfect candidate will thrive in a fun and casual environment, pay it forward daily, and add value to the company by providing support for the operations team for our company owned stores - this includes a variety of responsibilities, such as monitoring and reporting on the Voice of the Customer, creating weekly communications for all stores (Company Owned and Franchise), creating and updating Power Point presentations for webinars and meetings, initiating and managing content for our Intranet, and assisting with maintaining policies/procedures referenced by everyone within the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Creates and maintains current content for The Hub, HBHCos intranet website for all areas of the business
Assists with maintaining policies and procedures
Keeps project management documentation current and takes notes during meetings
Documents and tests technical/operational processes
Uses HBHCo knowledge and field relationships to make recommendations for improvements
Assists with recommendations of One Best Way strategies
Helps Maintaining policies and procedures with One Best Way
Regularly reviews reporting to identify trends and share with CSC staff
Attend cross-functional meetings in support of operational planning & decision making
Assist with creating Power Point presentations for webinars and meetings
Plans, tracks and organizes meetings for Operations team
Curate content for the weekly communications and check for accuracy, make appropriate edits
Assists team members with managing forms, audits, inspections, and evaluations in Form.com software
Back-up for other operational support for the field
Regularly contacts and follow-up with Company Owned stores
Captures photographic and video content to use in communications and reference material
YOUR TRACK RECORD
Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. Ability to troubleshoot/problem solve along with excellent organizational and communication skills (including business writing/content creation). Strong preference for someone with work experience in a retail, restaurant or hospitality environment - experience working within HoneyBaked is a big plus!
