We have an entrepreneurial spirit that's brought us a lot of success and we're looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Processor to join the team in our Alpharetta headquarters. Our perfect candidate will thrive in a fun and casual environment, pay it forward daily, and add value to the company by analyzing and processing Accounts Payable transactions, managing internal and external customer data request, maintaining files, processing P.O. and receiving documents, and contacting vendors.
NOTE: we have a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and two days work from home.
WHAT THIS ROLE DOES:
Ensures authenticity of invoices, external and internal coding is compliant with budgeting and approval authority is accurate.
Reconciles any prior balances on vendor invoices.
Processes invoices relating to inventory, repairs, utilities, sales taxes, corporate request, and customer refunds.
Processes specific Purchase Orders, receiving documents, and invoices related to production and inventory.
Ensures adherence to internal controls relating to accounting disbursements, approvals and three way match.
Executes functions that assist in maintaining a timely month end close.
Provides customer support to internal and external customers regarding payment activity, invoice status, and general ledger coding.
Uses MS Excel, Access, and Dynamics365 to complete tasks including detailed analysis and system integrations
Performs other duties as required by business and departmental requirements
YOUR TRACK RECORD
Bachelor's in Accounting or Business preferred. 3+ years' related disbursement experience, account reconciliations, and other administrative accounting functions is required. Experience with MS Excel and Access is required, and experience with Dynamics365, Symbeo and Concur is a real plus!
