Our perfect candidate will thrive in a fun and casual environment, pay it forward daily, and add value to the company by working collaboratively with and providing guidance to Operations leaders in their local sourcing and recruiting activities. This role combines strategic and tactical responsibilities to support store leaders and equip them with the tools, knowledge and direction to attract the highest caliber talent for our associate roles. In successfully partnering with operations leaders, the Strategic Resourcing Specialist must understand business and staffing requirements, provide market data to assist store leaders in making decisions on recruiting activities, help leaders develop local hiring strategies, pilot new programs and roll out the successful ones across our markets.

Are you based in Atlanta? We have a hybrid work schedule - three days in the office, two days work from home! Are you based in another state and don't want to relocate? We're open to considering a remote position!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Understand the staffing requirements (year round and seasonal) for the organization and -- working collaboratively with Multi Unit Leaders - translate that into actionable plans. Embed continuous improvement mindset in all activities and deliver improvements to processes and programs.

  • Leverage expertise in talent attraction skills to develop recommendations to find and attract candidates for company stores. Provide expertise and insight to guide and advise Multi-Unit Leaders in candidate attraction. Assist Multi-Unit Leaders in evaluation and development of solutions to address their market specific sourcing needs.

  • Measure and monitor all programs/projects and, using that data, make recommendations to Talent Acquisition and Operations leadership on allocation of people, time and budget resources.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, with specific attention paid to the continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline

  • Drive results through collaboration and impact/influence - lead change in the organization.

  • Proactively communicate with key stakeholders and leadership. Identify gaps in recruiting outreach and build tools/training to address

  • Embed the employment brand into all projects/programs/tools/collateral.

  • Manage internal client relationships and collaborate with leadership to assess current needs, develop strategies and deliver plans to meet the needs of the specific markets. Keep store leaders informed of labor market conditions and challenges through regular communications across company operations

  • Develop and cultivate relationships with various external recruiting sources

  • Pilot new recruiting outreach in-market and roll out the successful programs across our company stores.

  • Proactively identify, test and manage new technology to reach candidates

  • Continuously looks for ways to improve and streamline processes while maintaining a dedicated focus on providing a great candidate experience.

WHAT YOU WON'T DO

You won't be doing direct hiring. This is ALL about understanding the data, working with local markets to create market specific plans and helping our multi-unit leaders implement those plans and manage those projects locally. Oh - and ensuring we can measure the results and adjust our approach accordingly!

YOUR TRACK RECORD

Bachelors in Human Resources or a related discipline, along with a minimum of three years' recruitment experience in a corporate environment. Prior Talent Acquisition experience in the hospitality, restaurant or retail industry (multi-state) is strongly preferred. Some experience managing projects highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills coupled with attention to detail.

Must have a good understanding of the various laws that impact the sourcing, interviewing and hiring processes at both the state and federal level.

In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition and previous experience in driving employer brand awareness throughout all talent acquisition activities.

Must be able to manage competing demands while being extremely adaptable and flexible.

Knowledge and experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably ADP.

Proven experience within a high volume recruiting environment while providing a high degree of candidate and hiring manager support.

Excellent presentation and oral and written communication skills with proven ability to influence.

Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, PowerPoint

Able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
