We have an entrepreneurial spirit that's brought us a lot of success and we're looking for a part time Supply Chain Coordinator to join the team in our Alpharetta offices. This position is responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to the Chief Supply Chain Officer as well as supporting the functional teams within the Supply Chain Services, including:


Procurement and Distribution

Fulfillment Operations

Production Systems Engineering

Food Safety and Quality Assurance

Ideally, this role will be three days per week/8 hours per day but we have the flexibility to do five days per week and five hours per day.


  • Provide administrative support to Chief Supply Chain Officer, VP of Procurement & Distribution and VP of Food Safety and Quality Assurance including meeting coordination, recording meeting notes, presentation support and travel booking and expense management.

  • Control email distribution lists, department directory and skip-level meeting rotation of the Supply Chain Services team.

  • Perform administrative functions for department to include ordering office supplies and HBH branded Swag, setting up meetings, distributing mail, arrangements for birthdays and milestone celebrations.

  • Maintain Supply Chain briefing book on MS Teams ensuring it is kept up to date.

  • Maintain notes for Monthly Packer Business review calls, send out updated action item lists.

  • Ensure new employees on the Supply Chain Services team receive a thorough onboarding experience by completing IT request for equipment, all necessary paperwork i.e. cell phone authorization form, concur authorization form, etc. and supplying employee with various electronic resources as well as needed office supplies.

  • Conduct post-onboarding checkpoint meetings with all SCS new hires to confirm all onboarding items have been completed.

  • Manage the submission of field communications to The Bulletin and The News Brief to assure deadlines are met.

  • Oversee the IT requests for the department by submitting service requests through the service now portal as well as any required follow up.

  • Manage the SCS Pcard. Use the Pard according to company guidelines to purchase items for cuttings, office equipment, food for meetings, subscriptions, conference fees, decorations, etc. Subsequently code and upload all receipts to the PNC ActivePay system. Order items for the corporate office Café including utensils, plates, napkins, foil, soda, CO2 tanks.

  • Work with team to arrange regular product quality cutting on HBH key protein, side and dessert items to monitoring consistency.

  • Receive QA and product development samples and maintain sample log.

  • Coordinate shipment and handling of product samples to potential retail partners.

  • Undertake various departmental projects as needed.


Administrative experience supporting executives and juggling multiple tasks. In depth experience with Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
