WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist architecture design, development and deployment of the ecommerce platform
Help lead defining Digital Strategies, Content Strategy, UI/UX design and Search engine (SEO) capabilities
Help Lead designing Web Content Management System, Content Delivery, and Caching algorithms.
Help Lead the Development Operations effort (DEVOPS)
Defines systems scope, objectives and timelines for assigned projects.
Devises, modifies and tests procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.
Performs technical solutions including design and programming as requested by business. Sets up required data conversion processes and tests program logic.
Design, develop, test, support and deploy back-end storefront and call center services which cleanly integrate with front-end web experiences.
Meets with end users to define requirements, designs applications based on user needs and review of existing software, and prepares cost/benefit analysis.
Performs maintenance for existing eCommerce applications. Conducts appropriate analysis, makes design changes as needed, and verifies system performance.
Research and evaluate software related technologies and products.
Directs, instructs and reviews the work of software developers.
Prepares detailed specifications and written drafts of instructions on how to operate various features of application systems.
Translate desktop, tablet, and mobile PSD designs to responsive web design (RWD) HTML & CSS
Gather and refine technical specifications and requirements based on project needs
Create and maintain software documentation
Develop and Implement best practices, standards and procedures
YOUR TRACK RECORD
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related, and 10+ years current programming experience. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Thorough understanding of 2 and 3 tier client/server architecture. Excellent interpersonal, technical writing and analytical problem solving skills. Experience with retail/catalog business system analysis and database design skills.
5+ years' experience Bootstrap 3.x and up and Node.js
5+ years Azure DevOps
5+ years with SQL and NoSQL databases
5+ years' experience of NoSQL databases (e.g. Mongo DB, Azure NoSQL, Couchbase)
5+ years' experience developing and supporting computerized business systems.
5+ years of modern Source Code control management and development team collaboration using tools like Git, TFS, and DevOps.
Demonstrated experience in designing, documenting, testing, implementing complex client server based computer systems.
SQL programming and development using MS SQL Server 2008 and up including complex T-SQL programming.
Holidays are our busiest times, so there can be a lot of extra hours needed to support the organization through the high demand!
