It's Great to Work at HoneyBaked! We are seeking several Seasonal Customer Service Representatives to join the HoneyBaked team for the holiday season. Ideal candidates will: have direct contact with the customer in both inbound and outbound calling, basic order entry over the telephone, assisting the customer with information on our Company, store locations, product information, etc. They will also, be able to resolve customer complaints. Opportunities available at our Roswell Ridge Office beginning October 2nd!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Answers the phone and provides the appropriate information to the customer

Basic Order Entry within HoneyBaked's CMS program

Make outbound calls to resolve issues with customer's order

Performs other related duties as required

Skills and Abilities:

1+ years of Customer Service experience

High School Education, some college helpful

Basic Computer Knowledge

Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

Good communication

Listening and People skills

Ability to maintain a positive attitude

Ability to handle recurring problems

**Willing to work some overtime and weekends as requested by supervisor.

**Available to work any hours from 7am till 11pm for some positions
