We are seeking a fast-track General Manager in the Houston market. This position differs from our General Managers in that you will train for approximately a 6 to 9 month period with an experienced Honey Baked Ham General Manager, and then relocate to your own store at the end of training and become bonus eligible. You will learn to lead store operations and are responsible for achieving overall performance goals including sales, customer service, product quality, and staff development.

Who Is Our Ideal Candidate?
A current General Manager or an experienced Assistant Manager ready for advancement from a retail or restaurant environment who is passionate about personal, hands-on service for their customers
Has a stable work history, not a job hopper
Would never compromise on the quality of the products they serve/sell
A performance-driven professional who knows what affects the P&L and is able to execute a business plan
Has a strong desire to increase sales and network in their community to let them know what we have to offer
A great coach who knows how to identify and develop great talent; experience with hiring seasonal workers is a plus
